The adapter member is configured to connect the tab and the electrode lead-out member, and a light absorbing layer is applied to a welding position of the adapter member. The light absorbing layer is applied to the surface of the adapter member to reduce reflection, increasing the energy absorption rate of the adapter member, and lowering the welding power, and reducing the possibility of other components of the battery cell being burned, thus improving the safety of the battery cell.
