POINT CLOUD PROCESSING METHOD AND APPARATUS
Abstract:
This disclosure relates to a point cloud processing method and apparatus. In the point cloud processing method, in a decoding phase, encoded data of a point cloud is obtained, the encoded data is analyzed to obtain shift data, the shift data being obtained by performing shift processing on target encoding information of the point cloud in an encoding process of the point cloud, and shift reconstruction is performed on the shift data to obtain reconstructed encoding information of the target encoding information. In the point cloud processing method, in an encoding phase, the target encoding information of the point cloud is obtained, shift processing is performed on the target encoding information to obtain the shift data of the target encoding information, and the shift data is encoded.
