A resin composition, containing: a component (A) being a base resin containing an ethylene-α-olefin random copolymer including an α-olefin component having 4 to 12 carbon atoms; a component (B) being a wet dispersant; a component (C) being an antioxidant; and a component (D) being a crosslinking aid, wherein the ethylene-α-olefin random copolymer including the α-olefin component having 4 to 12 carbon atoms has a crystallinity of 15 to 24%, and wherein a content of the component (B) is 2 to 10 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of a content of the component (A).
