Abstract:
In a process for production of styrene-butadiene copolymer by reacting styrene and butadiene in an emulsion system in the presence of a secondary emulsifying agent, the step of using as said secondary emulsifying agent an oxazoline corresponding to the formula
WHEREIN R is alkyl of from three to 17 carbon atoms, and R1 and R2 are methyl, ethyl or hydroxymethyl and can be the same or different.
