A compound having the structural formula ##STR1## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salts and prodrugs thereof, wherein R.sup.1 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and loweracyl, and R.sup.2 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, hydroxyl and methoxyl, as well as methods for the preparation and use thereof.
