The reinforcing member 12 is embedded in a recessed portion formed at the other end face in an axial direction of the circular main part 10 to be integrated, an outside diameter surface 12a, an inside diameter surface 12b, and a pocket-side surface 12c of the reinforcing member 12 are covered with the circular main part 10, and a surface 12d thereof opposite to the pocket side is exposed.
