    摘要： The present invention provides a seal for rolling bearings having improved sealing properties, undergoing no separation between a core and a peripheral portion nor deformation even in long-term use. The seal comprises a flexible resin portion which comes into contact with an outer race and a rigid resin portion which is more rigid than the flexible resin portion, the rigid resin portion and the flexible resin portion being fusion bonded together into an integral body.

    摘要： A rolling bearing apparatus is disclosed, which have a cage disposed between an inner ring raceway track and an outer ring raceway track in a freely rotatable manner so as to guide and hold a plurality of rolling elements, wherein said cage is made of a resin composition which comprises a melt-moldable fluororesin as the main component and further contains at least one solid lubricant having an average particle diameter of from 0.1 to 60 .mu.m and a fibrous filler having an aspect ratio of from 3 to 200.The rolling bearing apparatus is inexpensive and, in particular, is capable of retaining lubricity over long even in a high-temperature environment and is reduced in the outward flying of particles therefrom.

    摘要： In a seal for a rolling bearing, the seal has a molding member formed from a rubber material, the molding member including a lip portion, the molding member having 0.3 to 5.0 MPa of tensile stress at 10% strain and no less than 50% of elongation at break after the rubber material is subjected to an accelerated air aging at 130.degree. C. for 1000 hours. The rubber material includes the nitrile rubber compound containing a raw-material rubber, with respect to 100 weight parts of the raw-material rubber, 0.3 to 5.0 weight parts of an age resistor, and 0.3 to 5.0 weight parts of at least one secondary age resistor. The seal prevents grease enclosed in the rolling bearing from leaking out, the lip portion from being broken, and dust resistance from being lowered even in the case where the rolling bearing is used in a high-temperature environment.
