The engaging member 12, 22, 32, 43, 45, 52, 62, 72 is disposed relative to the orthopaedic implant 11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 60, 71. The orthopaedic implant 11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 60, 71 may take the form of an intramedullary device, a compression plate, or a deployable material.
