At least one fixed gear rack is mounted from top to bottom on the rear surface of the backrest. A supporting rod is provided on the supporting fixed plate. One end of the supporting rod is rotatably attached to the supporting fixed plate, and the other end is put into one of grooves of the gear rack on the rear surface of the backrest.
