The method includes receiving a broadcast signal including system information and video data, parsing system information of a program, and determining whether the program provides a 3D broadcast service from the system information, extracting, if the program provides a 3D broadcast service, broadcast data of the program, and processing video data of broadcast data according to the system information. The broadcast receiver includes a receiving unit receiving a broadcast signal including system information and video data, an SI processor parsing system information of a program, and determining whether the program provides a 3D broadcast service from the system information, a demultiplexer extracting, if the program provides a 3D broadcast service, broadcast data of the program, and a video processor processing video data of the broadcast data according to system information.
