A transimpedance amplifier and multiple Kelvin sensing channels can be implemented on a single die having multiple contacts, such as pins, for connecting multiple resistors to the Kelvin sensing channels. The Kelvin sensing channels can be implemented with T-junction switch networks in certain embodiments.
