The chamber is pressurisable before, and/or during dispensation of the beverage. In another aspect, the apparatus may include a piezoelectric transducer coupled to a dispense nozzle for inducing turbulence in a flow of beverage in the apparatus. The piezoelectric transducer expands and contracts in response to electrical signals to cause the dispense nozzle to vibrate.
