Abstract:
The invention relates to a balloon catheter (300) for an X-ray applicator and an X-ray applicator (303) for use with the corresponding balloon catheter (300). Said balloon catheter (300) can be filled with a medium (305) and comprises a balloon (304) that expands with respect to the volume and a catheter shaft (301) for inserting the X-ray applicator (303). Said balloon (304) or the catheter shaft (301) comprises a rigid inner end piece (332) in the extension of the catheter shaft (301).
