Consisting of combination of a shaft driven rotor mounted concentrically within enclosure of stepped frustoconical shape including at least one port for the receiving of salt water therein through, at least one fresh water output port and one brine discharge port. Impure water solution, ejected from the rotor, is channeled upward along the inner wall of the containment chamber to the top whereupon the solution is discharged through another port at the enclosure periphery.
