摘要： A body structure of a straddle-ride type vehicle includes a body frame (13); a handlebar turnably provided on the body frame (13); front forks (28L,28R) extending from the handlebar and rotatably supporting a front wheel (14); a steering plate (31) disposed in a traveling directional-front portion of the body frame (13) at a position facing the front wheel (14); and an opposite cover (30) supported by the front forks (28L,28R) to cover the front wheel (14) from rear and oppositely facing the steering plate (31). The front top portion (33) is displaced externally of the vehicle from an extension of left-right center of the front wheel with respect to a traveling direction of the front wheel (14) when the front wheel (14) is steered to a maximum angle. The width W1 of the neck part is smaller than width W2 of the part opposite to the head (30h), and the neck part has neckings (30c) curved inside widthwise.
