    摘要: A polymerizable UV-absorbing colorant monomer is provided, which is excellent in stability under alkaline conditions and which is available for a useful material polymer for an intraocular lens. A compound, which is represented by the following general formula (1), is used as a polymerizable UV-absorbing monomer available for a material polymer for an intraocular lens:
