    摘要: A hand operated, fluid dispensing pump (12) includes a body (30) that slidably interacts with a handle (32). The body (30) includes a valve housing (44) fluid coupled with an inlet passageway (110), and outlet passageway (123), and a dispensing barrel (48). A finger rest (156) rigidly projects from the dispensing barrel (48). A loading chamber (58) is recessed within the finger rest (38) and is configured to receive a fluid supply syringe. A plunger (182), mounted to the handle (154), is slidably received within the dispensing barrel (48). As the plunger (182) is advanced within the barrel (48), fluid is dispensed from the pump (12). Once the plunger (182) is fully advanced, a spring (214) disposed between the body (30) and the handle (32) automatically retracts the plunger (182) within the barrel (48). As the plunger (182) is retracted within the barrel (48), the barrel (48) is automatically filled with a fluid from the fluid supply syringe.
