摘要： The invention relates to a novel stem-loop primer comprising the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1 which presents a short length RNA target-specific region and the composition or the kit comprising the stem-loop. Further, the invention also relates to a method for short length RNA detection, particularly miRNA detection, based on the combination of the novel stem-loop and a miRNA-specific forward primer with a universal reverse primer and universal probe in a reverse-transcription quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR).
