The method further comprises identifying a second media access service used by the second user to access media, wherein the received media reference includes a first service identification code, the first service identification code including a first pointer to the media file based on a first media access service used by the first user to access media. The method further comprises, when the second media access service is different than the first media access service, searching, in a database, to determine a translation between the first service identification code and a second service identification code that has previously been mapped, wherein the second service identification code is associated with the media file and includes a second pointer to the media file based on the second service. The method further comprises using the second service identification code to locate the media file using the second media access service and at least one of playing, pointing to, or queuing the media file.

Selections of the extension points and customization of extensions associated with the extension points are received from a client device. A core process model instance including the core process model and customizations of the extensions is stored. Information is provided for use at the client device for presenting a process extension query interface. A query is received from the client device. The present invention discloses a data storage method and apparatus. The method includes: determining a same column attribute of at least two data objects that are to be stored in a KeyValue type distributed database; determining a format of a row identifier, in the KeyValue type distributed database, of each data object in the at least two data objects, where the row identifier format includes the same column attribute and a data object identifier, and data object identifiers of different data objects in the at least two data objects are at a same location in the row identifier format and located after the same column attribute; determining a row identifier value of each data record of each data object according to the determined row identifier format of each data object; and storing the row identifier value of each data record and each data record in the KeyValue type distributed database, where the row identifier value of each data record is used as a primary index, in the KeyValue type distributed database, of each data record. The data storage method and apparatus in embodiments of the present invention can improve data query efficiency.

A method for a source storage device to send a source file and a clone file of the source file to a backup storage device. The source storage device sends a data block to the backup storage device to be stored as a target file. Then, the source storage device determines that the source file is associated with the clone file by searching a cloning recorder with a source file ID of the source file. Based upon the determining, the source storage device sends a clone creating request including the source file ID to the backup storage device to instruct the backup storage device to create a clone file of the target file. Thus, the method is capable of replicating the clone file of the file without sending a large number of mapping data.
