A biasing element like for example a gas spring is provided for biasing the storage platform to the holding or storage position. The biasing element is connected to the frame and the storage platform such that over a first part of the trajectory from the upper storage position to the lower parking position, the storage platform is biased to the upper storage position and over a second part of the trajectory from the upper storage position to the lower parking position, the storage platform is biased to the lower parking position. The upper storage position is part of the first part of the trajectory.
