摘要: The present invention provides a white light source comprising a blue light emitting LED having a light emission peak of 421 to 490 nm and satisfying a relational equation of − 0.2 ≤ P λ × V λ / P λ max 1 × V λ max 1 − B λ × V λ / B λ max 2 × V λ max 2 ≤ + 0.2 , assuming that: a light emission spectrum of the white light source is P(λ); a light emission spectrum of black-body radiation having a same color temperature as that of the white light source is B(λ); a spectrum of a spectral luminous efficiency is V(λ); a wavelength at which P(λ) × V(λ) becomes largest is λmax1; and a wavelength at which B(λ) × V(λ) becomes largest is λmax2. According to the above white light source, there can be provided a white light source capable of reproducing the same light emission spectrum as that of natural light.

It is possible, with this configuration, to provide a white light source which has an equivalent emission spectrum to natural light, as well as a white light source system using the white light source.

摘要: The invention relates to a lighting device (1) comprising an envelope (2), a base (3), a solid-state light source (4) and optical means (5) as an element that is not integrated with the envelope (2). The solid-state light source (4) is optically coupled to the optical means (5), and the optical means (5) is provided with a light-outcoupling surface that allows outcoupling of light from the optical means (5) by a surface roughness of the optical means (5). The surface roughness is provided along the optical means (5) so that the outcoupling of light from the optical means (5) resembles the emission of a conventional incandescent lamp, such as a carbon filament lamp. The long lifetime and high efficiency of LEDs as a solid-state light source (4) will make this lighting device (1) a very attractive alternative for the conventional incandescent lamp. The lighting device (1) according to the present invention has the further advantage that a large gamut of colors can be chosen and adjusted by using, for instance, red green and blue LEDs in the lighting device (1). The electronics for driving and controlling the intensity and color settings can be incorporated in the lighting device (1).
