Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method and an apparatus for implementing a group call service. The method includes: receiving, by a user equipment of the trunking group call service, group configuration information and a downlink assignment message and/or an uplink grant message from an evolved cell; saving, by the user equipment, the group configuration information and the downlink assignment message and/or the uplink grant message; and receiving, if the user equipment is in a group receive state at different points of time, trunking group call service data by sharing a downlink resource, indicated by the downlink assignment message, with another user equipment in the group in a semi-persistent scheduling manner according to the group configuration information; and/or, sending, if the user equipment is in a group transmit state at different points of time, trunking group call service data in a manner in which the user equipment and another user equipment in the group take turns to use an uplink resource indicated by the uplink grant message, in a semi-persistent scheduling manner according to the group configuration information. The embodiments of the present invention may be implemented to reduce an overhead for an evolved cell to configure an instruction and improve resource utilization efficiency.

Embodiments of the present invention provide an interference management method and apparatus. The interference management method comprises: reporting a scheduling parameter to a centralized control node, the scheduling parameter comprising information of a cell interfering with a serving cell of a user equipment and/or load information of the serving cell of the user equipment, the information of a cell interfering with a serving cell of a user equipment being generated by a measurement result that is obtained through measurement of a neighboring cell by the user equipment and is reported by the user equipment; receiving scheduling control information that is delivered by the centralized control node and is determined according to the scheduling parameter; and scheduling resources according to the scheduling control information. In the interference management method and apparatus of the embodiments of the present invention, when no direct connection interface exists between access points, centralized interference control is performed between the access points according to different loads of the access points or different resource demands of cell edges, thereby implementing semi-static interference coordination.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a paging method and related device for trunking communication, which are used to shorten initial call latency in trunking communication and reduce air interface resource overheads of a cell, and are well compatible with the existing system architecture. A method provided by the embodiments of the present invention includes: sending, by a user equipment, an information update request to a mobility management entity MME; receiving, by the user equipment, request response information, where the request response information includes a group identifier of a group that the user equipment joins and a group specific discontinuous reception cycle preset by the trunking server; sending, by the user equipment, an information update complete message to the MME; and after the user equipment initiates a trunking service, using, by the user equipment, a minimum value of a default paging cycle broadcast by a cell where the user equipment is located and the group specific discontinuous reception cycle corresponding to the group identifier as a paging cycle, and receiving, according to the paging cycle, group paging sent by the base station.

The method provided in an embodiment of the present invention includes: establishing, by a macro base station, a Radio Resource Control RRC connection with a user equipment UE; receiving, by a small cell (small cell), a configuration message sent, through a wired or wireless interface, by the macro base station; and establishing, by the small cell, a user plane connection between the small cell and the UE based on the RRC connection and the configuration message, and establishing a data bearer with the UE on the user plane connection.
