    摘要: A driving pulley for a CVT has a shaft, a fixed sheave mounted on the shaft, a first sleeve disposed around the shaft and being operatively connected to the shaft, a movable sheave mounted on the first sleeve, a second sleeve disposed around the first sleeve and being connected to the shaft, a spring biasing the movable sheave away from the fixed sheave, and a CVT chamber having an annular cross-section. The fixed and movable sheaves are adapted to receive a belt therebetween. The CVT chamber has at least one opening adapted for fluidly communicating the CVT chamber with a hydraulic fluid reservoir. Hydraulic pressure in the CVT chamber biases the movable sheave toward the fixed sheave. The CVT chamber has an inner wall formed by the first sleeve, an outer wall formed by the second sleeve, an outer end, and an inner end formed by the movable sheave.

    摘要: A circumferential groove 36 is formed in an outer peripheral surface of a secondary shaft 23 at a position close to an end portion where the plunger 35 is disposed. A cotter 37 is fitted in this circumferential groove 36. The cotter 37 restricts the plunger 35 from moving toward the end portion side of the secondary shaft 23 by abutting against the plunger 35. An elevated portion 38 having a flat distal end is formed on a surface portion 35b which is on an inside portion 25a side of the plunger 35 and which abuts against the cotter 37. Even if the cotter 37 is tilted (is swung) in the circumferential groove 36 due to a load from the plunger 35 which received the oil pressure of working oil supplied to a secondary hydraulic chamber 33 through oil holes 43 and 44, the elevated portion 38 controls the portion of contact between the plunger 35 and the cotter 37 to a substantially fixed position.
