    摘要: A clutch unit includes a lever-side clutch part 11 that controls transmission and blocking of a rotational torque to be input, and a brake-side clutch part 12 that transmits the rotational torque from the lever-side clutch part 11 to an output side and blocks the rotational torque reversely input from the output side. The brake-side clutch part 12 includes an input shaft 15, an output shaft 31 that is arranged coaxially with and opposing to the input shaft 15, an outer ring 33 that rotatably supports the input shaft 15 and the output shaft 31, and an output gear 36 that is arranged between the input shaft 15 and the output shaft 31 so as to be axially movable. A recess-projection fitting part 54 that can be meshed in a rotation direction is provided between the output gear 36 and the outer ring 33. The recess-projection fitting part 54 is constituted of a teeth part 56 formed on an axial end surface of the outer ring 33, and a teeth part 55 formed on an axial end surface of the output gear 36 opposing to the axial end surface of the outer ring 33.

    摘要: A pumping device for a vehicle seat cushion, which rotates a link gear mounted to the seat cushion as an actuating lever is rotated, thereby controlling the height of the seat cushion. This pumping device generates a uniform clutch force at the same position at all times and prevents undesired movement of the actuating lever so that the actuating lever can be located at the regular position at all times. In addition, when operating the actuating lever in the same direction continuously, the pumping device can minimize the degree of angle at which the actuating lever idles, so that the pumping device can improve the controllability of the actuating lever, thereby effectively transmitting the operating force of the actuating lever to the link gear. Therefore, this invention causes the user inconvenience and improves the quality of the vehicle seat, and remarkably improves assemblability and productivity of the pumping device.

    摘要: A self-contained clutch for diesel engines for off-highway implementation is provided. A stationary friction disc, pressure plate and endplate sandwich a pair of rotating separator discs. Attenuation of vibration damping of the rotator discs may be achieved by a centrifugal weight. A pulse-width-modulated DC motor or valve is employed in association with a hydraulic actuator to control pressure to the clutch piston. An RFID tag uniquely identifies the nature and parameters of the clutch itself and is associated with the clutch such that the controller can most efficiently operate the clutch. Heat is dissipated by an oil pump servicing the support bearings and/or by the integration of a centrifugal fan into the heat disc stack.
