    摘要: Dielectric sheets (31) each having a conductor film on one side are so stacked as to constitute at least one filter (2), so that a multilayer dielectric block (3) is produced. A radiation element (1) is provided on the laminated dielectric block (3), and one electrode of the filter (2) is electrically connected to the radiation element (1). The other electrode of the filter (2) is led out to the mount face (B) (the face opposite to a circuit board to be mounted) of the multilayer dielectric block (3) through a via contact (33) and a wiring (34) so as not to be exposed on the side face, and connected to a feeding terminal electrode (4) provided on the mount face. As a result, an antenna with a built-in filter of the structure where even if it is mounted on a circuit board, interference between an electronic circuit on the circuit board and the feeding terminal electrode of the antenna is prevented to improve the isolation characteristic and transmission/reception characteristic.

    摘要: Disclosed are a transmission system and a device of small scale, low cost and low power for transmitting signal of a rate over 1Gbps using a small scale and low loss ultrawide band pass filter (UWBPF). The transmission system comprises the steps of generating pulse signal by a short pulse generator, band-limiting the pulse signal by passing it through a waveshape forming filter, and transmitting the resulting pulse signal in a certain frequency band through a UWBPF, and receiving and passing the signal wave through a UWBPF of the same frequency range and introducing the signal wave through a pulse detector into the determining part. The UWBPF used is prepared by forming a distribution constant circuit on a lossy substrate having low-pass function.

    摘要: On an upper surface of a substrate (1), conduction paths (2a, 2b, 2c) circularly extend greater than just one circle and constitute ring units of oscillation in such a manner that the two ends of each conduction path (2a, 2b, 2c) are adjacent to each other in the width direction, and those units of oscillation are concentrically multiplexed. In this way, a part where the two ends of each conduction path are adjacent to each other is caused to serve as a capacitive region; the other parts are caused to serve as inductive regions; and each conduction path is caused to serve as a half-wave path with its two ends opened. There is no need to provide any grounding electrodes to the surface of the substrate opposite to the surface where the conduction paths are provided. As a result, an oscillator can be made by use of a very small number of constituent elements. In this way, there can be obtained an oscillator, a filter, a duplexer and a communication apparatus that can be easily made small in size and exhibit a desired Q-response appropriate to the manufacturing cost.
