摘要: A control device 1 comprises an operator lever 2 fast at its lower end with a lever block 3 which carries a ball stud 4 of which the ball 7 is mounted for universal pivoting in a fixed ball housing 8. A cross shaft 13 is mounted for rotation about its axis in the lever block 3, and links 17 are pivotally connected to opposite ends of the cross shaft and each to an axially movable output member 20. The operator lever 2 can be pivoted about axes passing through the centre of the universally pivoted ball 7 to cause axial movements of the output members, either together in the same direction or in opposite directions or one only at a time. A gate may be provided for the operator lever 2 to confine the ball 7 to pivot only about defined axes. A spring 24 may be provided which becomes loaded upon movement of each output member 20 either side of a neutral position to bias the output member and hence the operator lever 2 back to neutral. The output members 20 may operate push pull control cables.

摘要: A lockable control lever arrangement in which a pivotally mounted control lever (10) is provided with linkages (12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19) for connecting the control lever with one or more functions to be controlled. A locking device (60) is provided for locking the lever in a given position.
The locking device includes a first locking formation (23, 24) operatively connected with each of the linkages, a locking member (20, 21, 22) having a second locking formation (21a, 22a) engageable with the first locking formation to lock the control lever (10) in the given position, and a manually operable operating means (26, 27, 28, 29) for moving the locking member to bring the first and second formations into engagement to lock the control lever.
The control lever arrangement is particularly applicable to the operation of hydraulic valves which control the loaders and diggers of industrial tractors.-

摘要: A device at a multi-way lever, so-called «joy-stick», comprised for example in a manipulator, comprising a housing (2) and projecting therefrom a control lever (3), which at its end located in the housing is hinged. According to the invention, a sleeve (13) is mounted concentrically about the lever (3), which sleeve (13) at one end is provided with a conic surface (14) intended by action of a spring force on the sleeve (13) to abut a plate (15) with a slide surface (16). The slide surface (16) includes a portion (17) with a conic surface so formed that the conic surface (14) of the sleeve upon abutment to the conic surface of the slide surface (16) is centered with respect to the slide surface to a non-operative position. By the invention a sturdy and simple device is obtained, which simply can be modified with respect to the force required for moving the lever (3) from its non-operative position. Modifications of the cross-sectional profile of the slide surface (16) yield different characteristics with respekt to said force required.

摘要: A controller having a joystick which can be moved in three dimensions is disclosed. The joystick is connected by a Y (yaw) link which is, in turn, connected to a P (pitch) link, which is, in turn connected to an R (roll) link. The R link is rotatable about a fixed-position mounting base. Alternately, the joystick is connected by an R (roll) link which is, in turn, connected to a P (pitch) link, which is, in turn connected to an Y (yaw) link. The Y link is rotatable about a fixed-position mounting base. In either of these manners, one can rotate a joystick around any of three axes. When used to control a vehicle, rotation around the yaw and roll axes can steer (with one being more fine-tuned steering), and rotation around the pitch axis can control acceleration and deceleration.
