摘要: A wire connecting terminal for enameled wires includes an insulating plate (2) and a pair of conductive bars (1) respectively fixed at two ends of the insulating plate. One end of the said bars is provided with a lead-wire welding hole (1a) for welding an external lead wire and the other end of the bars is provided with at least one enameled-wire welding hole (4a) for welding an enameled wire(4). The terminal has apparently low impedance, and the tensile strength of the welding points is more than 2000N. Because of being separated from the air, the welding points still remain excellent electrical performance and stability after a long period of operation. When operating in a high frequency vibration environment for a long time, the wire connecting terminal does not loose. The possibility of short circuit which is caused by two ends of a coil contacting directly with each other due to the deformation of the terminal thus can be prevented. The terminal is especially suitable for use in electrical components of high power and frequency.

摘要: A disconnectable joint system includes first and second connectors and a coupling fastener. The first connector defines a first conductor bore to receive a first cable conductor, and a first coupling portion including a first coupling bore and a first integral interlock feature. The second connector defines a second conductor bore to receive a second cable conductor, and a second coupling portion including a second coupling bore and a second integral interlock feature. The first and second coupling portions are mateable in an interlocked position wherein the first and second interlock features are interlocked with one another, the first and second coupling bores are substantially aligned, and the coupling fastener can be inserted through the first and second coupling bores and tightened to securely couple the first and second connectors to one another. The first and second connectors can be separated upon removal of the coupling fastener.

Weiter betrifft der Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ein Verfahren zum elektrischen Prüfen von in eine Längsrichtung (L) hervorragenden Kontakten, wobei Klemmmittel (3) in Längsrichtung (L) relativ zu dem Kontakt und/oder dem Kontaktkörper (2) bewegt werden, um durch eine Bewegung der Klemmmittel (3) eine klemmende Kontaktierung des aufgenommenen Kontakts quer zu der Längsrichtung (L) zu bewirken.
