The present disclosure relates to a cable terminal protection arrangement comprising a cable terminal (7) and a cable terminal protector (1) adapted to protect the cable terminal. The cable terminal comprises a flat-shaped end piece (11). The cable terminal protector comprises a housing (21) and a suspension unit (23a, 23b) located within the housing. The suspension unit comprises a holding element (31 a, 31 b) for holding the end piece and an arm (29a, 29b) connecting the holding element to the housing. The holding element is displaceable in relation to the housing from a first position to a second position, wherein, in the first position, a major portion of a second surface of the end piece is covered by the holding element, and in the second position, the end piece is outside the holding element. The disclosure also relates to a kit comprising the cable terminal protection arrangement and a fastening element (45). The disclosure further relates to a method of attaching the cable terminal protection arrangement to an object, e.g. a vehicle body.

A bolt-through type power connector includes a metal plate portion and a metal attachment portion. The bolt-through type power connector has a first end and a second end. The bolt-through type power connector includes a metal plate portion at the first end. The metal plate portion includes a structure that is configured to support one or more ring terminals of one or more power cables. The structure is (a) a through hole, which is in the metal plate portion and sized to receive a bolt that is configured to support the one or more ring terminals, or (b) a stud, which is configured to support the one or more ring terminals. The metal attachment portion extends from the metal plate portion to the second end. The metal attachment portion has a male engagement portion with a flange portion that provides a surface facing the second end. The male engagement portion has an outer profile for receipt of hardware to secure the bolt-through type connector within an opening of a bulkhead assembly. The bolt-through type power connector is structured to effectively carry a current that is equal to or greater than 450 amperes.

A fastened component (nut 5) disposed in the casing 1 and to be fastened to a fastening component (bolt B), the mating terminal 4, the intermediate terminal 30 and the terminal 40 are arranged side by side in a fastening direction, and the terminal 40 and the mating terminal 4 are connected via the intermediate terminal 30 by being collectively fastened by the fastening component and the fastened component.

Das System weist einen Hauptringleiter sowie wenigstens einen Knotenpunkt auf, wobei der Knotenpunkt dazu ausgebildet ist, abzweigend elektrische Leiter mit dem Hauptringleiter zu verbinden. Der Hauptringleiter ist durch eine Potentialausgleichsklemme mit dem Knotenpunkt elektrisch verbunden.
