    摘要: The present invention inhibits rotation of a rotary shaft of an axial fitting type independently when a tablet cassette is not mounted to a base. A tablet cassette 40 includes: support points of swing motion 53 configured to support a swing member 70 in a slit 52 formed in a bottomed hole 17a of a hollow rotary shaft 17; an engaged portion 60 provided on a bottom wall portion 12 of a lower portion 13 of a container and spaced from the hollow rotary shaft 17 to surround the rotary shaft 17; a swing member 70 having a follower portion 71 and an engaging portion 72 located on different sides of the support points of swing motion 53; and an urging member 80 operable to move the engaging portion 72 toward the engaged portion 60 and move the follower portion 71 into the bottomed hole. In a free state in which the tablet cassette is detached from the base 20, the engaging portion 72 abuts against and engages with the engaged portion 60. When the tablet cassette is mounted to the base 20 and the drive shaft 24 is fitted into the bottomed hole 17a, the follower portion 71 is pushed out of the bottomed hole 17a, and the engaging portion 72 is disengaged from the engaged portion 60.

    摘要: A tablet splitting apparatus capable of reducing fluctuations in weight of split tablet pieces even with simple advanceable - retractable blades is provided. A holding mechanism 30 holds a tablet 10 to be split at a cutting position. In reducing the gap between a pair of opposed blades 41 and 42, which are advanced and retracted with respect to the cutting position, to cut the tablet 10, the holding mechanism 30 continuously holds the tablet 10 until the tablet 10 is caught between the pair of opposed blades 41 and 42 of a cutting mechanism 40. After the tablet 10 is caught between the pair of opposed blades 41 and 42, the holding mechanism 30 releases the tablet 10 and only the pair of opposed blades 41 and 42 hold the tablet 10. The opposed blades 41 and 42 are caused to cut into the tablet 10 after the holding mechanism 30 releases the tablet 10, preventing a crack 11 caused in the tablet 10 ahead of the opposed blades 41 and 42 from being curved or increased.

The gutter length of an aligning unit is substantially equal to the total length L of a drug, and the gutter length of a preparatory aligning unit is smaller than the total length L.

    摘要: An object is to modify, for example, an aligning mechanism such that in a disk rotation type medicine feeder and a tablet splitting apparatus, tablets are successively fed at appropriate intervals which are not too sparse and not too dense. A turntable is divided into an inner part (50) and an outer part (40). The angular speed of a large-diameter turntable 40 is made higher than the angular speed of a small-diameter turntable 50, and a tablet transfer path 32 of a straightening guide 30 is configured to be a spiral path extending from an inner end portion 32a to an outer end portion 32b. This enables tablets to be successively fed at appropriate intervals. Additionally, a tablet contact portion (64) of a tablet holding mechanism is reciprocated with respect to a temporary holding area 62 located before the outer end portion 32b. A tablet is temporarily held in the temporary holding area (62) and when a long narrow blade insertion slit 43 in the large-diameter turntable 40 reaches the temporary holding area (62), a tablet cutting blade of a tablet cutting mechanism is reciprocated with respect to the temporary holding area and a blade insertion notch (62, 63) to split the tablet. The resulting cutting dust is dropped from the blade insertion slit 43 or small holes 42 to be separated from the split tablets. The split tablets are then dropped from a discharge port 61.
