摘要: There is disclosed composite material lay-up equipment 10 for applying a plurality of individual lengths of elongate fiber reinforcement material 14 to an article 12, the equipment 10 comprising: a support head 20; a cutting mechanism 22 carried by the support head 20 for severing a plurality of individual lengths of elongate fiber reinforcement material 14. The cutting mechanism 22 comprises a plurality of cutting elements 60 coupled to and moveable with respect to the support head 20 and a cassette 65 removably attached to the support head 20 and having a plurality of corresponding counteracting elements 76 statically mounted thereto. Each cutting element 60 is displaceable relative to the corresponding counteracting element 76 to perform a cutting stroke in which the respective cutting and counteracting elements 60, 76 cooperate to sever a length of elongate fiber reinforcement 14 material extending through the nip formed between them.

摘要: A tablet splitting apparatus capable of reducing fluctuations in weight of split tablet pieces even with simple advanceable - retractable blades is provided. A holding mechanism 30 holds a tablet 10 to be split at a cutting position. In reducing the gap between a pair of opposed blades 41 and 42, which are advanced and retracted with respect to the cutting position, to cut the tablet 10, the holding mechanism 30 continuously holds the tablet 10 until the tablet 10 is caught between the pair of opposed blades 41 and 42 of a cutting mechanism 40. After the tablet 10 is caught between the pair of opposed blades 41 and 42, the holding mechanism 30 releases the tablet 10 and only the pair of opposed blades 41 and 42 hold the tablet 10. The opposed blades 41 and 42 are caused to cut into the tablet 10 after the holding mechanism 30 releases the tablet 10, preventing a crack 11 caused in the tablet 10 ahead of the opposed blades 41 and 42 from being curved or increased.

摘要: A cutting machine for cutting a vegetable product includes a frame, supporting a product flow path, at least three links, pivotally attached to the frame, a cutting plate, pivotally attached to each of the three links at three pivot points and oriented substantially perpendicular to the flow path, a plurality of cutting knives, carried by the cutting plate, each having a generally corrugated configuration defining adjacent peaks and troughs, the cutting knives oriented angularly with respect to each other, and a drive motor, coupled to rotationally drive at least one of the links with respect to the frame, whereby the cutting plate moves in an orbital motion in a plane substantially perpendicular to the flow path, thereby moving the cutting knives sequentially and repeatedly across the product flow path.

摘要: There is provided a deburring system for enabling perfect automation of deburring with which burr of a resin molded article is substantiallyperfectly removed after the resinmolded article is manufactured at low cost not by using an expensive resin molding machine, but by using a conventional general-purpose molding machine. Furthermore, there are provided a deburring apparatus and a cutter blade with which burr of a resin molded article having an unstable shape can be easily and cleanly removed from the root thereof without using any expensive control device and any positioning device and also without using any expensive copying device.
