摘要: Provided is a hydraulic circuit changeable between a state of executing a regeneration action and a state of stopping the regeneration action. The hydraulic circuit includes hydraulic pumps (10 and 11); a plurality of hydraulic actuators (7 and 8); a plurality of control valves (12 to 14) provided for respective hydraulic actuators; a regeneration line (26) through which return oil returned from a specific hydraulic actuator (7) of the hydraulic actuators to a tank is supplied to a regeneration target; a regeneration valve (30); a meter-out valve (32); and a flow-path selection device (28, 29, and 33) selecting a flow path for the return oil from a first flow path supplying the return oil to the regeneration line to cause the regeneration action and a second flow path supplying the return oil to the control valve for the specific hydraulic actuator to stop the regeneration action.

摘要: Provided is a power source apparatus which determines an optimal maximum input setting for a hydraulic pump, respectively for normal working and for continuous operation of the hydraulic pump under high-load pressure conditions. The power source apparatus includes a controller which carries out horsepower control to determine a flow rate of the hydraulic pump on the basis of first characteristics and second characteristics which each define the maximum input setting of the hydraulic pump by the discharge pressure of the hydraulic pump and the flow rate of the hydraulic pump, and on the basis of the discharge pressure detected by a pump pressure sensor. When the discharge pressure is less than a set pressure and when a state where the discharge pressure is equal to or greater than the set pressure has not continued for a set time period, then the controller determines the flow rate on the basis of the first characteristics, and when the state where the discharge pressure is equal to or greater than the set pressure has continued for the set time period, then the controller determines the flow rate on the basis of the second characteristics.

摘要: Provided is a hydraulic control device for which it is possible to suppress the occurrence of cavitation in a regenerative motor that regenerates the energy of a hydraulic actuator and to reduce the loss of power, and an operating machine having the same. The hydraulic control device includes: a recovery oil passage (R7) for recovering, into a tank (T), hydraulic fluid derived from a hydraulic actuator (11, 12) and a hydraulic pump (16, 17); a regenerative motor (18) that rotates an output shaft (7a) of an engine (7) in response to a supply of the hydraulic fluid and is driven to rotate by rotation of the output shaft (7a) of the engine (7); a regenerative oil passage (R8) for guiding return oil from a boom cylinder (12) to the regenerative motor (18) without passing the return oil through the recovery oil passage (R7); a coupling oil passage (R9) that couples the recovery oil passage (R7) and the regenerative oil passage (R8) to each other; and a regeneration-side check valve (21) that is provided on the coupling oil passage (R9), and allows the hydraulic fluid to flow from the recovery oil passage (R7) toward the regenerative motor (18), and moreover restricts the hydraulic fluid from flowing from the regenerative motor (18) toward the recovery oil passage (R7).
