摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft eine Baumaschine, insbesondere eine Tiefbaumaschine, mit einem Unterwagen (12) mit einem Fahrwerk, einem Oberwagen (14), welcher drehbar um eine Hochachse auf dem Unterwagen gelagert ist, mindestens einem Verbrennungsmotor, der in dem Oberwagen angeordnet ist, und einem Verteilgetriebe, welches in dem Oberwagen angeordnet ist und eine erste Antriebswelle aufweist, an welcher der Verbrennungsmotor angeschlossen ist, um ein Drehmoment der Verbrennungsmotors auf Maschinenkomponenten zu übertragen und zu verteilen, wobei das Verteilgetriebe mindestens eine zweite Antriebswelle aufweist, welche zum Anschließen mindestens eines Elektromotors für eine Hybridantriebsanordnung ausgebildet ist. Nach der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass Leistungs- und Steuerkomponenten (30) zum Betreiben des mindestens einen Elektromotors an einem Modulrahmen (42) angeordnet sind, wobei ein Zusatzmodul (40) gebildet ist, und dass das Zusatzmodul bei Ausbildung der Baumaschine mit der Hybridantriebsanordnung an einem Heck des Oberwagens lösbar anbringbar ist.

摘要: A construction machine is provided with management units (11, 12) configured to control the construction machine based on a plurality of limited power modes prescribed to control the output of a battery pack (18), and calculate an amount of electric power stored in the battery pack in each of the limited power modes based on specification information about the battery pack, on the state of charge of the battery pack, and on limited power and an operating voltage prescribed for each of the limited power modes; and a display device (14) configured to display the amount of electric power in each of the limited power modes based on the amount of electric power calculated by the management units. This allows the amount of electric power in the unselected limited power modes to be displayed and facilitates battery replacement work.

摘要: When temperature is low, a low-temperature mode is selected, followed by the activation of the heating mode functionality 25a of a PCU 25. Specifically, the PCU 25 sets the ratio of energy recovered by a capacitor 23 to be equal to or greater than the largest value of the energy recovery ratios of the capacitor 23 in a normal mode (e.g., assist motor 22 : capacitor 23 = 2 : 8). Thus, more energy is stored on the capacitor 23 than in the normal mode, helping the capacitor 23 generates heat. As a result, the liquid temperature of the coolant is increased, and its viscosity is reduced accordingly. As above, the invention provides a simple cooling system to be mounted on a hybrid working machine, which is capable of preventing decreases in energy efficiency at low temperature.

摘要: An excavator (1) has a controller (26) capable of setting target torque of a rotation motor (18) in accordance with a speed deviation between target speed set in accordance with an operation amount of an operating lever (25) and actual rotation speed and is provided with an inverter (23) for detecting necessary torque for rotating an upper rotating body (3), the necessary torque being changed in accordance with a working state of the upper rotating body (3). The controller (26) calculates a correction amount which is increased as increasing the torque and subtracts the correction amount from the target speed so as to set new target speed. A controller (26) sets first target torque for driving the motor and second target torque for maintaining the upper rotating body (3) on the spot on the basis of the actual speed, and operates the motor in accordance with the torque which has a larger absolute value in the same direction as the first target torque among both the torque.

摘要: The present invention is to drive a hydraulic pump (12) and a generator motor (13) by an engine (10), to electrically charge a battery (20) by a generator action of the generator motor (13), and to drive the generator motor (13) by electric power of the battery (20) so as to assist the engine (10). A governor (26) position is changed by operations of a potentiometer for accelerator (21) and a mode selection (22) switch so as to control rotation speed of the engine (10). On the premise of the above configuration, generator (13) output is limited by a controller (16) at the time of accelerating the engine (10) until the rotation speed of the engine (10) reaches set speed determined on the basis of the operations of the potentiometer for accelerator (21) and the mode selection switch (22), and hence engine load is reduced so as to assist acceleration.

摘要: A hydraulic working machine is provided which has an assist electric motor connected to an engine and a hydraulic pump, the hydraulic working machine being structured in such a manner that the emissions of air pollutants in the exhaust gas from the engine are minimized regardless of fluctuations in the load torque of the hydraulic pump, that the increasing cost of installing an exhaust gas after-treatment device is lowered, and that the reliability of the engine is enhanced. A specific revolution speed suitable for reducing the emissions of air pollutants is stored, and an engine (7) is controlled using the specific revolution speed as a target revolution speed for the engine. The absorption torque of a hydraulic pump (6) is subjected to a high-pass filtering process whereby a high-frequency component devoid of a trend component is obtained. Target assist torque is computed from the high-frequency component, and an assist electric motor (10) is subjected to power running/generation control accordingly. A specific output torque range suitable for reducing the emissions of air pollutants is stored, and the target assist torque is corrected so that the trend component does not exceed the specific output torque range.
