摘要： A duvet cover system (10) includes a cover assembly (12), defined by first and second fabric layers (14, 16) with a pocket (22) defined between the layers (14, 16), and which is configured to receive a separate fill layer (18), defined by a blanket or comforter. One of the fabric layers (14, 16) and the fill layer (18) include fastening elements (28) that engage one another to secure the fill layer (18) in position within the cover assembly (12), and at least some of these fastening elements (28) are color-coded to identify the size of the bed (30) for which the system (10) is to cover. As such, a plurality of different size cover assemblies (12) can be easily sorted for pairing with proper corresponding sizes of fill layers (18) based on the easy size identification provided by the color-coded fastening elements (28).

摘要： A simulated platform bed system is used with a bed having a mattress and a mattress support, typically provided as a box spring and frame supporting the mattress by a spacing above a floor surface. The system includes an exterior aspect with a decorative feature, as well as a base typically defining a single, continuous piece extending along the side edges and the foot end edge of the bed. At least a portion of the base is made of a plurality of vertically-oriented slats connected together. The slats may be located at corner portions or along an entire length of the system. The system covers the spacing to create the appearance of a platform bed upon which the mattress appears to be supported, even though the weight support of the mattress is through the mattress support rather than the system.
