摘要： The amount of radio communication between a relay station and a base station is reduced to improve communication quality.
A radio communication system (1) includes a relay station (10), a first radio base station (20), second radio base stations (31 and 32), and a mobile station (2). The relay station (10) is connected by radio to the first radio base station (20) and communicates with the second radio base stations (31 and 32) via the first radio base station (20). When the relay station (10) communicates with the second radio base stations (31 and 32), the relay station (10) requests the first radio base station (20) to communicate with the second radio base stations (31 and 32) for the relay station (10). The requested first radio base station (20) communicates with the second radio base stations (31 and 32) for the relay station (10) and transmits a communication result to the relay station (10).

摘要： Disclosed is a reordering method of sending packets, to which numbers indicating the packet order are added, to a mobile station from a base station, and rearranging the order of the packets at the mobile station. This reordering method comprises: a step of forwarding from a source base station to a target base station, packets, which have not been sent to the mobile station before a handover sequence, or packets, for which a confirmation response of right reception has not been received from the mobile station; a step of transmitting preferentially those packets from the target base station to the mobile base station and then transmitting packets received from a host station to the mobile station; a step of giving packets information indicating that the packets are jump packets when transmitting the packets to the mobile station that were received from the host station with the order jumped; and a step of deciding jump packets are not objects of reordering, and performing the reordering process for packets that are objects of reordering.

摘要： An object is to provide a wireless communication system in which a mobile station working under a relay station continues wireless communication even if an RLF occurs between a base station and a relay station. To realize this object, the wireless communication system is provided in which the relay station relays wireless communication between the base station and the mobile station, where the relay station includes an acquiring unit and a notifying unit. The acquiring unit acquires, from the base station that retains information on the mobile station used for the wireless communication, identification information on the base station. The notifying unit notifies the mobile station of the identification information acquired by the acquiring unit. Furthermore, the mobile station includes a reconnecting unit. When connection with the relay station is released, the reconnecting unit performs a reconnection request with respect to the base station that is identified by the identification information that is notified by the relay station.
