摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a transmission method, a base station, and a terminal. The method includes: sending, by a source base station, a handover command to a terminal, where the handover command is used to trigger a process of handing over the terminal from the source base station to a target base station, and the source base station maintains user data transmission with the terminal; and in the handover process, when maintaining of the user data transmission between the source base station and the terminal is stopped, sending, by the source base station, a first status report to the terminal, where the first status report is used to indicate, to the terminal, a status of receiving uplink data of the terminal by the source base station. Therefore, user data transmission efficiency can be effectively improved.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a time synchronization method, device, and system, and relate to the communications field. The method includes: determining a target base station from neighboring base stations of a source base station; determining, based on a preset handover condition and from first user equipments UEs connected to the source base station, to-be-handed-over UE that needs to be handed over to the target base station; triggering the to-be-handed-over UE to be handed over from the source base station to the target base station; and performing time synchronization with the target base station in a handover process of the to-be-handed-over UE. In the present invention, the to-be-handed-over UE is triggered to be handed over to the pre-determined target base station. This implements time synchronization with the target base station, resolves relatively low flexibility of time synchronization between base stations in a related technology, and improves flexibility of time synchronization between the source base station and the target base station. The present invention is used for time synchronization.

摘要: The present invention discloses a method for requesting LTE RRC connection re-establishment and setting cause values as well as a terminal, and the connection re-establishment request method includes: an LTE terminal determines, according to the occurred scenario, which one of the following four types is the failure reason: radio resource failure, handoff failure, bottom layer error or UE-related error; and the LTE terminal initiates an RRC connection re-establishment request to the network side, wherein the RRC connection re-establishment request includes the failure cause value indicating the failure reason. The present invention can make the network side obtain the reason why the UE initiates the RRC re-establishment from RRC connection re-establishment request message, so as to take different subsequent operations with respect to these different failure reason.
