    摘要: This application provides a synchronization signal sending method and receiving method, and an apparatus. The sending method includes: determining a target frequency resource, where a frequency domain position of the target frequency resource is determined based on a frequency interval of synchronization channels, the frequency interval of synchronization channels is 2 m times a predefined frequency resource of a physical resource block, and m is a preset nonnegative integer; and sending a synchronization signal by using the target frequency resource. In the embodiments of this application, the frequency domain position of the frequency resource occupied by the synchronization signal is determined based on the frequency interval of synchronization channels, and the frequency interval of synchronization channels is 2 m times a predefined frequency band width of the frequency resource of a predefined physical resource block. This is for the benefit of increasing a quantity of candidate frequency resources of the synchronization signal, thereby increasing available frequency domain mapping positions for the synchronization signal.

In the embodiments of the present invention, when the UE sends the uplink channels through carriers of different TAGs and adjacent subframes between the carriers of different TAGs are partially overlapped, uplink transmission power of the UE may be prevented from exceeding the maximum transmission power of the UE, or uplink transmission power of the UE may be prevented from reaching an interference level so as to result in an interference limitation.

In a communications apparatus provided in an embodiment, a processing module is configured to determine a frame structure of a serving cell, where in this frame structure, one radio frame includes at least one first subframe, the first subframe includes: a first part: a symbol used for downlink transmission; a second part: a guard period GP; and a third part: a symbol used for uplink transmission, and the uplink transmission includes uplink control information transmission; and a transceiver module is configured to send and receive information in the serving cell according to the frame structure, determined by the processing module, of the serving cell. The third part is used for uplink control information transmission, so that uplink control information can also be fed back in a subframe used for downlink transmission. Therefore, the problem that a data transmission delay is relatively long because uplink control information is not fed back in a timely manner is resolved.
