摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing a protein complex comprising the steps of constructing a fusion polynucleotide sequence in frame, the sequence comprising a first gene encoding a protease, and a second gene encoding a protease inhibitor; introducing the sequence into a host cell; cultivating the host cell, wherein the cell expresses the sequence and produces a non-covalently linked complex of the protease and the inhibitor; and recovering the complex.

摘要: The invention relates to a method for the assessment of the allergenicity or the toxicity of a test compound and for the screening of at least two compounds simultaneously. The invention also relates to a method of characterising a cell type for the present invention, as well as an assay kit for the high through-put screening of a compound. By contacting a cell culture of at least one cell type of animal origin with the test compound and measuring cytokine responses, the allergenicity of the test compound can be assessed.
