    摘要: A vertical member (12) having a sliding member and the like is installed on the upper face of a base member which covers a cutting blade (14) in a condition in which the cutting blade can slide in a horizontal plane. An operational lever (35) is provided to extend from the vertical member and a rotational member (13), having a fixed sandwiching member (32) and a rotational sandwiching member (33), is installed on the vertical member perpendicular thereto and in a condition in which it can be freely rotated. The band part (B-2) is fastened by rotating the rotational member in a condition in which the band part of a band is sandwiched by the fixed sandwiching member and the rotational sandwiching member, and the cutting blade is moved by downward movement of the sliding member (27) to cut and remove the band part.

    摘要: To making a breaker device compact. A pair of fixed electrodes 11a, 11b are placed upright at one side of the casing 1, and a fuse 12 is accommodated at the other side thereof. A movable electrode 31 including a pair of fittable terminals 32a, 32b connected with each other is mounted on a mount body 35. By engaging and disengaging the fittable terminals 32a, 32b with and from the fixed electrodes 11a, 11b through the ceiling wall of the casing 1, a breaker switch for connect and disconnect the fixed electrodes 11a, 11b is formed. The fuse 12 is connected in series with the breaker switch. A handle 40 is inclinably mounted on the upper surface of the mount body 35. The handle 40 is firmly held in a standing position and a resting position by a spring member 47 provided between it and the mount body 35. The handle 40 is inclined to the resting position when the breaker device is used, while being held upright when the breaker switch is turned on and off.

    摘要: A C-shaped fixed core is provided at a power receiving portion, and a secondary coil is wound on a vertical portion of the fixed core. A moving core is vertically movable in sliding contact with distal end surfaces of horizontal portions of the fixed core. A primary coil, having an air core portion, is provided at a charging coupler. When the charging coupler is attached to the power receiving portion, the moving core is moved downward to extend through the air core portion of the primary coil, and opposite end portions of the moving core are contacted respectively with the horizontal portions of the fixed core. As a result, a magnetic circuit is formed between the primary and secondary coils. The charging coupler is lightweight since it does not have a core.

    摘要: An apparatus for winding and tightening a band clip (10) around a wiring harness (1) is provided with a base member (100) with a clip retaining means (120) for retaining a clip portion (2) of the band clip (10) in such a manner that a clipping direction (A) and a receiving direction (B) of a band receiving portion (3) extend substantially parallel to each other; a band tip deflecting member (200), movable with respect to the base member (100), for deflecting a band tip (6) of the band clip (10) around the wiring harness (1) towards and through the band receiving portion (3) by reducing the distance between the base member (100) and the band tip deflecting member (200); and a band tightening member (300), movable with respect to the base member (100), for gripping and pulling the band tip (6) having passed the band receiving portion (3) to tighten the band portion (4) by increasing the distance between the base member (100) and the band tightening member (300). This apparatus allows a high degree of automation, highly regular and uniform winding, and tightening of several band clips around a wiring harness and a high operability in connection with the production of wiring harnesses where a minimum working space is sometimes available for winding and tightening the band clips.

A secondary core (21) made of a ferrite includes a pair of core members (25, 25) which are symmetrical with respect to each other and are adapted to be coupled to each other. When the core members (25, 25) are coupled to each other, the integrated grooves (43, 43) define a flow path (40) adapted to flow a cooling medium in the secondary core (21).
