摘要： An automatic fiber cleaning system comprises a first cleaning module, a second cleaning module, and a sprayer. Each of the first cleaning module and the second cleaning module has a cleaning belt, a driven belt wheel on which an unused portion of the cleaning belt is wound, a driving belt wheel on which a used portion of the cleaning belt is wound, and a pressing tool on which the cleaning belt is tightened. The sprayer sprays a cleaning agent onto the cleaning belts. The pressing tools press the cleaning belts on both sides of an optical fiber and clamp the optical fiber. The cleaning belts move relative to the optical fiber by the driving belt wheels to wipe the optical fiber.

摘要： The present disclosure relates to a terminal bending tools including: a plate part extending in a first horizontal direction; a plurality of receiving grooves formed on the plate part and arranged in a row in the first horizontal direction so that the plate part is in a form of a comb; and a plurality of rollers pivotally mounted in the plurality of receiving grooves respectively. At least one terminal to be bent are adapted to be received and positioned in the receiving grooves and are in physical contact with the outer circumferential surface of the rollers in the receiving grooves, respectively. When the terminal bending tool is moved in a vertical direction perpendicular to the first horizontal direction, the terminals received in the receiving grooves are bent under pressing of the corresponding rollers. During bending the terminals, the rollers are rotated and moved on the surfaces of the terminals, respectively. In addition, the terminals are positioned in the receiving slots to ensure the position accuracy of the terminals. In addition, the terminal bending tool may be used to bend a row of terminals simultaneously, improving the bending efficiency.

摘要： The present disclosure discloses a terminal bending unit including: a frame and a bending tool pivotally mounted on the frame. A row of receiving slots is formed in a bottom surface of the bending tool, and terminals to be bent are adapted to be received and positioned in the corresponding receiving slots. The terminals received in the corresponding receiving slots are bent under press of the bending tool when the bending tool is rotated. It is only necessary to turn the bending tool to achieve bending of the terminals, thereby improving the bending efficiency of the terminals. In addition, a row of terminals may be bent simultaneously by the bending tool, which further improves terminal bending efficiency.

摘要： An automatic fiber stripping system comprises a first stripping module, a second stripping module, and a heating device. The first stripping module and the second stripping module each have a stripping belt, a driven belt wheel, a driving belt wheel, and a stripping tool including a pressing portion. The stripping belts are tightened on the pressing portions and the stripping tools press the stripping belts on each of two opposite sides of an optical cable. A blade portion of one of the stripping tools cuts a notch in at least one of two side edges of an outer coating layer of the optical cable. The heating device heats and softens the outer coating layer of the optical cable. The stripping belts are driven to move relative to the optical cable by the driving belt wheels so as to strip off a segment of the outer coating layer from the notch.

摘要： A system for determining a mounting state of a plurality of pins protruding from a mounting surface of an insulating housing of an electrical connector comprises an image capturing device and an identifying device. The image capturing device is adapted to capture an image of a detected pin of the plurality of pins of the electrical connector. The image capturing device captures the image in a capturing direction which is at an acute angle with respect to an extending direction of an ideal pin protruding perpendicularly from the mounting surface. The identifying device is adapted to identify whether or not the detected pin in the image is within a predetermined region of the image. The identifying device determines the mounting state of the detected pin as unqualified when the detected pin in the captured image extends beyond the predetermined region.
