The tibial keel extending distally from the distal surface to define a longitudinal tibial keel axis (S1).

Innerhalb des Implantatschafts erstrecken sich mindestens ein Schaftspülkanal (11, 11'; 111; 211) und ein Schaftrückspülkanal (12, 12'; 112; 212) entlang des Implantatschafts. Der Schaftspülkanal ist für eine Abgabe des Arzneimittels über Schaftspüllöcher (13, 13'; 112; 213) und der Schaftrückspülkanal für eine Aufnahme des abgegebenen Arzneimittels über mindestens ein Schaftrückspülloch (14, 14'; 114; 214) mit der Außenseite des Implantatschafts verbunden. Die Spülzuführöffnung steht mit dem proximalen Ende des Schaftspülkanals in Fluidverbindung und die Rückspülöffnung steht mit dem proximalen Ende des Schaftrückspülkanals in Fluidverbindung. 摘要： The techniques described herein relate to prosthesis assembly (122) including a baseplate (100) with a medial/lateral midline (A2) extending between a medial compartment (108) and a lateral compartment (110) and a keel (104) extending distally from the distal surface to define a longitudinal keel axis (LKA). The longitudinal keel axis is medially biased toward the medial compartment so as to be spaced a first distance (x1) medial of the medial/lateral midline. The prosthesis assembly includes a hinge post (126) having an longitudinal axis (LA), the hinge post received in a recess (148) in the baseplate including in the keel.

摘要： The present invention relates to a glenoid implant comprising a body having a boss coupled to and extending from a plate and an interior threaded bore, the boss including a plurality deflectable portions configured to move from a first position towards a second position; and a plug including a tip portion and an exterior threaded portion, the exterior threaded portion of the plug being configured to threadingly engage the interior threaded bore of the body such that rotation of the plug causes the plug to move in a first axial direction relative to the body and such that the tip portion engages the plurality of deflectable portions of the boss, thereby causing the plurality of expandable portions to move from a first position towards a second position to aid in securing the glenoid implant to bone of a patient.
