摘要:
Provided is an absorbent body (1) for body fluid-absorbing articles, that is both soft and strong. The absorbent body (1) for body fluid-absorbing articles: includes 100 parts by mass cellulose-based water-absorbent fibers (3) and 7.5-100 parts by mass thermoplastic resin fibers (4); and has an apparent density of 0.06-0.14 g/cm 3 . The thermoplastic resin fibers (4) having a fiber length longer than the cellulose-based water-absorbent fibers (3) are twisted together. The absorbent body (1) has compressed sections (2) arranged in a repeated pattern. The compressed sections (2) are characterized by having a Gurley bending resistance of no more than 1 mN as a result of not being fused.

The present invention provides: an absorbent article containing a non-woven fabric sheet for an absorbent, wherein the non-woven fabric sheet is produced without employing a strength-imparting means such as post-coating of an adhesive agent that can deteriorate a liquid diffusion property of the non-woven fabric sheet and therefore the non-woven fabric sheet has an excellent liquid diffusion property; and a method for producing the non-woven fabric sheet that can be used in the absorbent article. The absorbent article (1) according to the present invention comprises a liquid-permeable surface sheet (2), a liquid-impermeable back sheet (3), an absorbent (4) arranged between the surface sheet (2) and the back sheet (3), and a non-woven fabric sheet (8) for the absorbent (4), wherein the non-woven fabric sheet (8) contains pulp and comprises a pulp fiber layer (81) having a first surface and a second surface, a first-surface-side fiber layer (82) which is arranged on the first surface side of the pulp fiber layer (81) and is mainly composed of hydrophilic fibers having an average fiber length of 25 to 64 mm, and a second-surface-side fiber layer (83) which is arranged on the second surface side of the pulp fiber layer (81) and is mainly composed of hydrophilic fibers having an average fiber length of 25 to 64 mm.

An object of the present disclosure is to provide an absorbent body that is both soft and resistant to twisting. The absorbent body of the present disclosure is as follows. An absorbent body 3 for an absorbent article includes thermoplastic resin fibers 6 and cellulose-based water-absorbing fibers 7, at least some of the thermoplastic resin fibers 6 have a first section 6' exposed on a surface 8 of the liquid-permeable layer side of the absorbent body 3, a second section 6" exposed on a surface 9 of the liquid-impermeable layer side of the absorbent body 3 and a joint section 6"' connecting the first section 6' and second section 6", and the tensile strength in a thickness direction of the absorbent body 3 is 100 Pa or greater.

A disposable hygiene article (10) for collecting bodily fluid comprising a body-facing surface (26), a garment facing-surface (28) and an absorbent structure (15). The article comprises in a first aspect i) a central fluid acquisition zone (121) which may be substantially white, ii) a first visually discernible lateral zone (161) situated on one side of the central zone and iii) a second visually discernible lateral zone (181) situated on the opposite side of the central zone. The absorbent structure is a gradient core and the lateral zones are hydrophobic.

摘要:
The present invention relates to disposable absorbent articles such as sanitary napkins, panty liners, baby diapers, adult incontinence articles and sweat pads. According to the present invention the absorbent article in the region designated for liquid deposition on its wearer facing surface has a single layer topsheet onto which liquid to be absorbed is provided during use of the article. The absorbent article further comprises a backsheet forming the liquid barrier surface and a unitary absorbent core between the topsheet and the backsheet. Importantly the unitary core provides improved liquid handling to the absorbent article and increases the masking, i.e. ability to hide stains due to absorbed liquid, of the article. This is particularly beneficial in the context of articles for absorption of liquids with high color intensity, such as menstrual liquid or urine of older adults.
摘要:
A method for producing an absorbent structure in an absorbent article, such as a wound dressing and like article, which is produced by using absorption material in reel form directly in the product, without first defibering the absorbent material, and thereafter forming a mat. The material has good wicking and swelling properties which are well adapted to the function of the product; a high degree of surface dryness is obtained among other things. In addition to cellulose fibres, the absorbent structure may also include superabsorbent material and/or binding fibres among other things. The pulp mat is very thin, therewith obviating the need to further compress the product. With regard to certain product applications, the material is softened mechanically prior to its use as absorption material.
摘要:
When a superabsorbent material is to be incorporated into an absorbent composite in a relatively high concentration, it is necessary to carefully choose the superabsorbent material. Properties of the superabsorbent to be considered are total Absorbent Capacity, resistance to Deformation Under Load, the ability of the superabsorbent material to absorb while under a restraining force, and the ability of the superabsorbent material to wick fluids away from the insult area. By quantifying these characteristics of a superabsorbent material, one is able to predict which superabsorbent materials are suited for use in absorbent composites comprising a relatively high concentration of superabsorbent material.
