Die Entnahmeeinrichtung ist an den Auslauf des Vorratsbehälters andockbar, wobei die Schnecke im Bereich des Auslaufs und innerhalb des Vorratsbehälters antriebslos, aber drehbar angeordnet ist und ein auslaufseitiges Kupplungsmittel aufweist. Im Bereich des Einlaufs der Entnahmeeinrichtung ist ein steuererbarer Antrieb angeordnet, dessen Antriebswelle ein endständiges, mit dem Kupplungsmittel der Schnecke, das zugleich einen den Auslauf des Vorratsbehälters abdichtendes Verschlussstück aufweist, drehfest verbindbares Kupplungsmittel aufweist. Das Verschlussstück für den Auslauf des Vorratsbehälters steht unter Wirkung einer axialen Federkraft, die das Verschlussstück in dichtender Anlage am Auslauf hält. Das Kupplungsmittel an der Antriebswelle ist mit einem integrierten Sauggreifer zum Abheben des Verschlussstücks von dem Auslauf entgegen der Federkraft versehen.

A dosing device for bulk goods comprises a mounting frame (2) in which a trough (4) with a dosing screw (28) is arranged, a drive motor (30) and at least one first vibrating paddle (48). The trough (4) comprises two opposing sidewalls (14, 16), of which at least one flexible sidewall (14) is flexible and the vibrating paddle (48) is arranged on said flexible sidewall (14). The upper edges of said sidewalls (14, 16) are not parallel to each other. A significant improvement in mass flow may be achieved, with a particularly effective prevention of cavity formation, whereby any bulk goods bridges which are formed are rapidly and effectively broken. Even bulk goods which have a clearly poor flow characteristic and tend to clump or stick to the trough sidewalls can be dosed without problems.

The invention concerns a device for sampling powdery products in dosed amounts, comprising a storing reservoir (1) of the powdery product in which is inserted a conduit (2) provided inside with means (3) for taking samples of the powdery product. Said means (3) take samples of the product from the reservoir (1) and conveys it from a loading orifice (4) of the conduit located inside the reservoir towards a delivery orifice (5) arranged in the conduit outside the reservoir. The delivery orifice (5) is associated with a sealing element (7) which can be controlled to be positioned and maintained either in a position entirely clearing said orifice, or in a position closing said orifice. In that latter position, there is still a ring-shaped space between the orifice (5) and the periphery of the sealing element (7), the width of the ring-shaped space being of the same dimension as the size of the grains constituting the powdery product. The entirely clearing position enables a maximum delivery rate of the powdery product. and the sealing position a very slight delivery resulting in high accuracy for measuring out.
