    摘要: A weighing arrangement comprising an infeed for product material to be weighed and at least one dosing mechanism for controlled conveying of product material portions from said infeed to a weighing system. The dosing mechanism comprises a motor-driven transport screw formed as a helically shaped rod positioned in a trough for conveying the product material from the infeed to the weighing system and a control unit for controlling the motor in order to deliver a desired portion of product material to the weighing system. This weighing arrangement makes it possible to provide a well-defined conveyance of product materials, which are not suited for vibrational conveyance.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method of conveying and selectively discharging food products by providing a feeding system. The feeding system (14) comprises an inlet end (20), an outlet end (22), a receptacle (24) below the outlet end, a determination unit at the outlet end (22) and a feeder (18) for conveying the food products from the inlet end to the outlet end. When no food product is present at the outlet or in the receptacle (24), the food products are conveyed at a first average velocity. When a food product is present at the outlet end (22) and no food product is present in the receptacle (24), the food products are conveyed at a second average velocity. The second average velocity is lower than the first average velocity. When the food product is leaving the outlet end or is received within the receptacle (24), the feeder (18) is stopped until the individual food product has left the receptacle.

    摘要: The invention concerns a device for sampling powdery products in dosed amounts, comprising a storing reservoir (1) of the powdery product in which is inserted a conduit (2) provided inside with means (3) for taking samples of the powdery product. Said means (3) take samples of the product from the reservoir (1) and conveys it from a loading orifice (4) of the conduit located inside the reservoir towards a delivery orifice (5) arranged in the conduit outside the reservoir. The delivery orifice (5) is associated with a sealing element (7) which can be controlled to be positioned and maintained either in a position entirely clearing said orifice, or in a position closing said orifice. In that latter position, there is still a ring-shaped space between the orifice (5) and the periphery of the sealing element (7), the width of the ring-shaped space being of the same dimension as the size of the grains constituting the powdery product. The entirely clearing position enables a maximum delivery rate of the powdery product. and the sealing position a very slight delivery resulting in high accuracy for measuring out.

    摘要: Both a method and a container for the measuring and mixing together of a number of different materials are des­cribed. The container has been provided with weight recor­ders, so that the contents of the container can be weighed. For supply of the materials a number of dosing screws is pro­vided. To compose a mixture with a predetermined composition a first dosing screw is operated until the weight recorders indicate that the required weight of the materials supplied by the first dosing screw has been entered into the contai­ner, after which the second dosing screw is operated until the weight recorders indicate that the second required weight of the materials supplied by the second screw has been en­tered into the container, taking into account the weight al­ready present in the container, etc. Subsequently the consti­tuents are mixed in the container and finally discharged by rotating the container.
