The clothes dryer includes a main body, a drum rotatably provided in the main body, a heat pump including an evaporator, a compressor, a condenser, and an expansion valve to supply hot and dry air into the drum, a condensate tank configured to receive condensed water generated from the heat pump and a spray member configured to spray the condensed water in the condensate tank to the evaporator. The spray member includes an inlet portion through which the condensed water is introduced and a spray portion having a guide surface provided such that the condensed water introduced through the inlet portion is uniformly sprayed to a surface of the evaporator. At least a portion of the guide surface includes a curved surface having a constant curvature.

The conveying element housing (76) of the liquid pump (36) comprises a removable unit (82) forming a section of the conveying element housing (76). The removable unit (82) is adapted to be manually removed by a user. When the removable unit (82) is removed from the liquid pump (36), at least a portion of the conveying element (70) or the inner volume (90) of the conveying element housing (76) is exposed for user maintenance.
