摘要: The invention relates to a drilling tool (1) for maintaining a borehole and for cutting rock material, comprising a hollow elongated body (2) in a form of a pipe, provided with a plurality of cutting blades (3) arranged around the body (2) in such a way that they protrude from the external surface of the body (2). The tool is characterised in that the cutting blades (3) are shaped as bands (4), the ends of which are connected to the body (2), and the central part of the cutting blades (3) between the ends protrudes from the body (2), wherein the cutting blades (3) are grouped into sets (5) arranged on the periphery of the body and placed one above the other, and angularly offset relative to each other; each cutting blade (3) in the set (5) is remote from the axis of the body (2) of the drilling tool (1) by a dimension larger than the dimension of the distance from the axis of the body (2) of the cutting blade (3) located directly under it; the body (2) is provided with slots (6) connecting the interior of the body (2) to its external surface and arranged radially under the cutting blades (3), and not connected to the cutting blades (3); under the sets of the cutting blades (4), there is a lateral channel (11) through which the drilling fluid along with the cut rock material flow.

摘要: The present invention provides an attachment (1) for a fluid-operated percussion drill tool (2), the drill tool having a backhead assembly (4) for attachment to a drill rod (10). The attachment comprises a shaft (3) attachable to the backhead assembly, wherein the shaft comprises a central bore (16) in fluid communication with a pressure bore of the drill rod. The attachment further comprises a sleeve (5) co-axially slidably mounted on the shaft, the sleeve comprising an outer shoulder (7) at a rear end thereof, and at least one rearwardly-directed exhaust passage. Pressurised air is supplied from the central bore of the shaft to urge the sleeve rearwards into a closed position in which air is prevented from exhausting through the exhaust passage. When a restriction is encountered at the shoulder, the sleeve moves forward to an open position in which air is permitted to exhaust through the exhaust passage adjacent the restriction.

摘要: A method and apparatus for allowing a downhole drill string to be stuck at one location and continue to rotate above the stuck section. The apparatus provides a method for collapsing the stuck subassembly by reducing its outside diameter. Simultaneous with the subassembly collapse, a jarring action is initiated from within the drill string to further loosen the stuck sections. At the same time drilling fluid inside the string is allowed to circulate outside the string through a circulation sub. The fluid is forced around the stuck subassembly further increasing the likelihood that the subassembly will be freed.

摘要: Ein Verfahren zum grabenlosen Leitungsaustausch umfaßt für jede zu sanierende Abschnittslänge die Schritte des Vorantreibens mehrerer verlaufsgesteuerter Bohrungen (18) entlang und nahe des Umfangs der auszutauschenden Leitung (60) bis zu einer Zielgrube (52) hin, das drehstarre Anbringen des Spülkopfes (20) am Bohrgestänge (56) in der Zielgrube (52) und das Zurückziehen des Spülkopfes unter gleichzeitigem Austritt von Spülflüssigkeit bis zu einer Startgrube (50). Anschließend wird die auszutauschende Leitung (60) aus dem Erdkanal herausgezogen und der Erdkanal mit einem Stabilisiermittel verfüllt. Abschließend wird eine neue Leitung (66) eingezogen. Der zur Verwendung gelangende Spülkopf umfaßt eine Anbringeeinrichtung (28) zur drehstarren Befestigung an einem Bohrgestänge, das eine Zugrichtung in Längsrichtung des Bohrgestänges definiert sowie mehrere Austrittsdüsen (24) für Spülflüssigkeit am Spülkopf. Der Spülkopf kann entweder eine im wesentlichen einem Kreissegment entsprechende Querschnittsform senkrecht der Zugrichtung besitzen oder aber im wesentlichen zylinderförmig ausgebildet sein, wobei die Austrittsdüsen im Zylindermantel des Spülkopfes angeordnet sind.
