    摘要: Ein Niederspannungs-Leistungsschalter (1) besitzt ein Gehäuse (2) aus Isolierstoff. Das Gehäuse (2) ist entlang einer Teilfuge (8) in ein Oberteil (3) und ein Unterteil (4) geteilt. im Inneren ist das Gehäuse (2) zur Aufnahme der benachbarten Polbahnen des mehrpoligen Leistungsschalters durch Trennwände (52, 53) unterteilt. Die Trennwände des Oberteiles (3) und des Unterteiles (4) überlappen einander auf ihrer ganzen Länge, während sich die Außenwände (50, 51) beider Gehäuseteile (3, 4) einander im wesentlichen in ihrer ganzen Länge überlappen, d. h., es sind nur kurze Unterbrechungen der Überlappung vorhanden.
    Durch die Überlappungen der Außenwände und der Trennwände wird erreicht, daß die elektrischen Kriechwege innerhalb des Isolierstoffgehäuses und von einem Isolierstoffgehäuse zu einem benachbarten Isolierstoffgehäuse verlängert werden und daß der Durchtritt von Schaltgasen in benachbarte Räume eines Schalters und zwischen benachbarten Schaltern verhindert wird (Fig. 4).
