In the magnet group, N poles and S poles are disposed alternatively opposite the first and second coil groups. The first and second coil groups are disposed at positions that are out of phase with each other by an odd multiple of π/2 in electrical angles. The coils of the first and second coil groups have substantially no magnetic material cores, and the electric motor has substantially no magnetic material yoke for forming a magnetic circuit.

    摘要: A stepper motor control circuit reduces ripple current by applying both fast and slow current decays to a motor phase when current is being reduced in the motor phase while following a falling current waveform. The control circuit uses an initial fast decay to reduce a winding current and then switches to a slow decay until a winding current is sampled again. The control circuitry samples a winding current and compares the sampled current to a reference current to determine if current is to be applied or reduced using fast and/or slow decay methods. Different phase current sample circuits allow either constant current sensing or selective current sensing.

    Die Erfindung zeichnet sich des Weiteren dadurch aus, dass nach dem Erreichen des Anschlagereignisses (5) der weitere geräuscharme Vortrieb des Verschlusskörpers bis zu einer Endlage (6) entweder mit einer veränderten Schrittfrequenz des Schrittmotors, d. h. im Antiresonanzmode, und/oder mit einer durch Pausen (8) voneinander abgrenzbaren Gruppen (7) von Schritten (3), d. h. im Burstmode erfolgt.

    摘要: An apparatus and method for minimizing electromagnetic interference in a unipolar phase motor having a supply current is provided. The motor further has a plurality of motor phases energizable with pulse width modulation (PWM). The method comprises calculating the current harmonics on a right edge aligned PWM, calculating the current harmonics on a left edge aligned PWM pulse, determining the supply current by summing the current harmonics for the right edge aligned PWM pulse and the current harmonics for the left edge aligned PWM pulse, energizing a first motor phase with PWM, and staggering the PWM pulses for each successive motor phase by varying the energizing of any two adjacent energized phases based on the amount of supply current in the motor, the staggering of the PWM pulses minimizing electromagnetic interference and current harmonic generation due to an increase in the supply current.
