A pressurized oil hydraulic system (100) is provided that is associated with the machine, which comprises an oil storage tank (200), a circulation pump (101) connected to the storage tank (200), at least two accumulators (106, 107) connected to the hydraulic actuators (15), each which having at the outlet an interception valve (108, 109) for directing the pressurized oil flow towards the hydraulic actuators (15) in order to allow their movement along the transverse axis R and their rolling action. The invention also relates to a rolling process for forming impressions on cylindrical bodies by means of such a roller machine.

In order to prevent the formation of burrs, it is proposed to use the rolling tool (5) for forming the backings (1) to calibrate at the same time the tooth sections (8) on the face side delimited by the backings (1) while forming and/or calibrating the associated pitches (9). The invention furthermore relates to an apparatus for carrying out the method.
