Zur Verhinderung oder Verlangsamung der Aushärtung von Mischungsanteilen im Bereich der Ausschussöffnung (7) wird dieser Bereich zwischen zwei Schiessvorgängen mit Hilfe einer Flüssigkeit feucht gehalten. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung auch eine Vorrichtung (1) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens.

Die zur Durchführung des Verfahrens geeignete Vorrichtung umfaßt eine Schießvorrichtung, eine Nivellierstation und eine Entnahmestation. Erfindungsgemäß wird der Beton durch schlagartiges Entspannen eines Gases in einen Kernkasten eingeschossen, dessen formgebende Negativkontur in vertikaler Richtung zur Einschußrichtung ausgerichtet ist. Nach dem Nivellieren wird der Kernkasten im Wesentlichen in die Horizontale geschwenkt, um den noch nicht vollständig verfestigten, verzögert aushärtenden Formkörper aus dem Kernkasten zu entnehmen.
