    摘要： A method of forming a bottom-gusseted package comprising a package body (112), a bottom gusset (120) and a top sleeve portion (124') positioned transversely of a longitudinal axis of the package body. Formation of the bottom-gusseted package is effected by positioning individual sleeves transversely of the longitudinal axis of a flexible web which forms the package body. During package formation, the flexible web is cut to form individual packages, with each individual sleeve positioned to form said bottom gusset in a respective package and cut of sleeve material positioned to form a top sleeve portion in a respective adjacent package.

    摘要： A bag making apparatus and a bag making method successively make bags each of which is configured to be openable by peeling off a peelable portion, from at least two continuous panel parts. The bag making apparatus includes an application device and a heat seal device. The application device applies a release agent for prevention of heat-sealing in a pattern to a surface region of at least one of the two panel parts corresponding to the peelable portion. The heat seal device heats and pressurizes the two panel parts over the surface region to heat-seal the two panel parts to each other in a section where the release agent does not intervene between the two panel parts.
